Return of goods
You can return ordered goods within 30 days without giving a reason. Returned products must be undamaged and unworn. We do not exchange products! If you ordered a shirt from us and the size doesn't fit (you wish to exchange it), you need to send it back and create a new order. Money for returned goods will be credited to your bank account within 14 days of delivery to us at the latest - but usually within a few working days. Please do not send products cash on delivery and keep the consignment tracking number after sending.
To return products, please print and fill out the following form, where you must not forget to provide the order number, account number in IBAN format, and other details. Then attach the completed form to the package.
